But what does this buy us? Is that soo important to have these optargs
attached to the beginning of the paragraph? Do we force labels for
example to be at some place in a paragraph?

I think it is not worth spending time on this.

Juergen, Lars did give his 'go' for this patch. Please apply it if you
have the time. If you don't, tell me and I'll apply it (but I have
other things to do right now).
