Then he made all the modifications that we suggested and at the end, you chime in and say ``Nice work, but that's basically useless; we could maybe get it in a branch in case we want to refer to it later'' (OK, you did not say exactly that). Talk about welcoming people! I think Martin's patch is a hack, but that will easily win the prize for the cleanest hack in LyX codebase. And people have been asking for this feature for sooo long than delaying it for one or two more years is maybe a bit exagerated. JMarc
