A few can't even compile the stuff, a few don't understand the stuff and for a few the usual reasons (time etc) apply. The higher you put the mark, the fewer people can help you. It looks so as currently nobody is left. Personally I plead for "no time" and a bit of "don't understand, but haven't tried too hard".
