Good idea. All we need is something that rewrites www.lyx.org/ja/<page>
into www.lyx.org/index.php/WebJa/<page>.
Alternatively, we can create the directory /ja/ and let it be configured
so that 'WebJa' is the default group instead of 'Web'. Let me think about
that bit. (We'll still have to do a rewrite of the type
www.lyx.org/ja/<page>
into
www.lyx.org/ja/index.php/WebJa.<page>
but that's very similar to what we have today.
