We can't, LM are not the default LaTeX fonts and thus not by default included in all LaTeX
distributions, for example not in MiKTeX.

Better output is relative, we can another font as well as default. There are a lot available at
CTAN. So there's no reason to force users to use a certain font and not the LaTeX default one.
