The Ghostscript version if Imagemagick is not the official one and often not the most recent. I
reported several Ghostscript bugs and many of them are now fixed, for example the latest version
8.62 brought some bug fixes. MiKTeX's version is not the recent one.
To provide a Chinese LyX package with the recent Ghostscript and the latest MiKTeX build, you can
take my installer package:

What is so special with this font that you absolutely can't live with it when it is installed.
You can leave it installed and don't need to use it.
Because I provide for Chinese users a special MiKTeX bundle with preconfigured
Chinese environment,

(Besides this, lmodern has become one of the standard fonts in the TeX world.) I see now way not to
try to install it. Other font and LaTeX packages are big as well and our aim is to provide a full
featured LyX. So removing several packages only because they are big is not an option and would lead
to complaints as Chinese users cannot use features other users can use and that are described in the
LyX manuals.
