Yes, it's *supposed* to, though it hasn't been updated for 1.5 yet. There are some important differences between 1.4 and 1.5. Anders Ekberg has sent me updated versions of INSTALL.MacOSX for both 1.4 and 1.5, though I haven't had time to look at them carefully yet. (Perhaps next week after a looming deadline has passed....)
