I fixed the bug that meant that the right half of the clicks in insets were 
lost.

There is still a subtle problem with the code, that I know about, and don't
care about, because it's a lot of work to fix:  If you have two footnotes 
right next to each others, sometimes the wrong footnote will open when you 
click on it.  (There are no known problems with insets.)
