I'm willing to put the extra effort and type in my user name, password, e-mail address and mail server - that's it . no reading textual manual pages, no tinkering around inside confusing configuration files. granted - you can do more with mutt then with outlook express, but while the mutt user figures out how to operate his 1337 software, the outlook express user gets more work done. while there are cases where your observation is correct, specificly highly specific professional programs such as development tools, most users don't want to operate their everyday software and they certainly don't want to learn it. and you know what - they are right. - -- Oded ::..
