To show how much their "rightness" is wrong, let's take a trivial
example. Most of those users never bothered learning how to
type with their 10 fingers.

BTW: you don't need a book or special program to learn this but it
     takes some time to get used to.

So they didn't "waste" a month or so fighting their keyboards.
But the poor guys still use their keyboards *for years* at a
fraction of the speed I regularly type.

Real bargain :-)
