I find all discussions pertaining to bicycles very interesting because the
technology of the "bicycle" is changing so fast.  e-Bikes are going to
force a review of many laws.  They can move so fast in silence that running
a stop sign or traveling on a trail is very different when you can do it at
20-30 mph in silence.  A 50cc scooter would not have the same rights but
can barely do the same speed with noise.

This issue isn;t just e-bike.  stand-up e-scooters, e-skateboards, one
wheel, etc are all getting faster.
