In this time of high fuel costs and increasing worry about global warming, it just feels so much better to drive the speed limit and to exercise care and restraint while driving. The least expensive and most cost effective way to be safer is just to drive slower, save fuel, and have more awareness. It also helps to reduce your own stress as a driver, which helps to reduce the incidence of stress related illnesses. It's a win-win-win.
