Dear Lincoln Bike Riders and Walkers - Please be aware that this time of year (and in the Spring) as the sun becomes lower in the horizon, those of us who drive cars must become especially careful. Why? Because the sun and its reflections blind us as to what is ahead and along side on the road.
Please wear reflective clothing and put reflective devices on your bikes. Take extra care as you ride and walk - and we drivers, will also. Thanks - Diane C.
