Have a look at scm/define-note-names.scm in your installation directory
and edit that and add a, let's call it, "svinglish" entry to suit your
preferences. Then add a "\language "svinglish"" to your lilypond files
(not tested though).

Note, thoose names are only used for note entry, I recommend you to
instead learn the default (duch) lilypond names, since since it
saves some typing and nearly gives you what you want.

 Look at the notation manual, chord section:

 I think the default is what you're after.

Frankly I don't understand why people want to change h to b, etc. If 
you want english talk english, don't mix the languages, it's sloppy
and creates confusion.
