Have a look at scm/define-note-names.scm in your installation directory and edit that and add a, let's call it, "svinglish" entry to suit your preferences. Then add a "\language "svinglish"" to your lilypond files (not tested though). Note, thoose names are only used for note entry, I recommend you to instead learn the default (duch) lilypond names, since since it saves some typing and nearly gives you what you want. > The same goes for chord names: I’d like to write B, Bb, and B# rather > than H, B, and so on.
