You have been a careful and thoughtful contributor, and have been an immense help in moving LilyPond forward. Your rationale for needing a new stable release is excellent. As far as I can see, you have managed to resolve the GC bugs on Windows. Please make a stable release candidate at any time you deem appropriate. Thanks, Carl
