Sounds reasonable. I think it will be a good replacement, from playing
around with it. The 3 components (wiki, svn browser and ticket system)
seem good and all have been brought up as needing implementing or
replacing. That you have a good handle on it also helps the implementation.
If my memory is correct, wasn't webcvs filling up belg with cache? If
so and if Trac's svn browser does a better job, this would also be very
welcome.
