Yes, more than 60 seconds. Actually, worse than what we have. I actually had to check my internet connection. But this is me being stupid and naive on how to use the software. Initially I clicked on "Active tickets" and got the open tickets but it stopped with the ones in the middle of October last year. That's when I tried the method Justin said to try. I suppose I need to use the custom filter thingy. Not sure what to think of that. I suppose it isn't really much different than we have. My very first use of it, using the method recommended to me by Justin took more than a minute to return a result. :-( I will look into it further, as it must be better than this. :-) -- Randy rmlscsi: [GNU ld version 2.15.94.0.2 20041220] [gcc (GCC) 3.4.3] [GNU C Library stable release version 2.3.4] [Linux 2.6.10 i686] 00:09:03 up 115 days, 9:33, 3 users, load average: 1.91, 1.16, 0.66 -- http://linuxfromscratch.org/mailman/listinfo/lfs-dev FAQ: http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/faq/ Unsubscribe: See the above information page
