Ah, missed a few days there due to inbox being full. Personally (unless of course that 1% of hope is strung along on Saturday with a win!) I've resigned myself to the fact we're going down. BUT, I'm piecing together a small modicum of positivity out of the ashes. Clear out the lot, only keeping players who genuinely WANT to play for this club and that can do the job down there (Beckford for instance!!!!!!) Get rid of the payments to old players/managers/hangers on etc. Base the team on young players with a few old heads to balance it up and provide that important stability. No point (IMHO) in getting rid of Wise and Poyet, it'll just mean more upheaval and more payements to ex employee's. They've made mistakes but I actually do think they've got something to offer. Get Richardson, Howson, Rose, Beckford, Cresswell (if he'll stay), Marques (Again if he'll stay) and one or two more (Casper? even Douglas at League 1 level) to form the basis of the team and start again. The target being coming back up on the pitch and being financially viable to be invested in again.
