So what would you do in the situation that your club captain (signed by someone else) pathetically asks to move back to his previous club?? Is that Wise's fault? Yes, the "mole" situation was badly handled, but if Derry did do it, then he should never play for this club again. Wise has had far too many off the pitch problems to deal with - none of which are his fault. He inherited a bunch of ageing, egotistical players, who thought nothing of the club. He's trying to get rid of the rubbish, but that doesn't happen overnight. The team is rotten to the core. Yes, maybe going down is the only way to put it right - start afresh.
