Maybe cos there wont be such stringent restraints here next season? It does seem that LUFC has given whatever it can to its managers to spend, just so happens that's not been very much to date. The same could not be said for Wolves.
He would also know that KB wasn't really expecting promotion this season, I believe its next season he expects to have a realistic stab at it. -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Scratchinshed Sent: 04 October 2006 11:02 To: [email protected] Subject: [LU] Hoddle ? Well he fits with the very strong "Wapping" undercurrent that it was already all arranged with an ex-Chelsea manager BUT - Hoddle quit Wolves in July, stating that he felt the club's ambition failed to match his own after they announced stringent financial cutbacks. At Leeds he would find stringent financial cutbacks on everything (except whatever is charged to the fans) so why would he be happier here ? _______________________________________________ the Leeds List is an unmoderated mailing list and the list administrators accept no liability for the personal views and opinions of contributors.
