I agree about the camps, and it is for ease of reference. I have acknowledged there are lots of ‘floating voters’, and in actual fact I am sort of in that category.. I set what I hope are realistic expectations for a manager, and if they drop below that then I will say time to go. Much like you did with Cardiff, the only difference is that for me, getting to the playoffs was the target for last season so he did enough to get the chance this season for me.
With Reid it was the same kind of thing, my watershed point was the defeats to Portsmouth and Everton with him.
Anyhow, my team for sat would be
Sullivan Kelly Killa Germanbloke Lewis Stone Bakke Derry Carole Blake Healy
Carole looks like a good worker, so in theory he and Lewis could overlap and cover each other. Ideally I would have Cresswell up front too, but he is injured obviously.

Let's not bore the rest of the list with this too much more, but my main disagreement with the below if your comment about "camps" again - I know it is intended as a shorthand for ease of reference, but it doesn't really work - at the start of last season I was very much of the view that Blackwell had earnt the right to a second season. By the end of last season, in spite of an at-expectations league position, I was clear in my mind he should go, because of the nature of the tactics and football played - I jsut didn't see progress and development in that aspect. And the final nail in that coffin was Cardiff. There aren't neat camps, and peoples views, as you have said, are fluid and change.
Any way - what's your teamd for Saturday?
