Wrong rich, I didn't say the attack was stronger, I said it was no worse. Hulse may have been top scorer, but that was based on him having a good start to the season. Creswell, for me, is the better player. You yourself said how Hulse wasn't anything like his 'old' self at the end of the season.
We may have sold defenders, but we haven't sold a single first choice defender, ergo defence is no worse. Defence - we've sold all our left backs ! and our central defensive partnership is creaking. One season on and Butler is going down the pan quicker than ever. Injuries are also creeping in. Gary Kelly is also getting on. So I'd say our defence is worse than last season. Midfield - I like how you talk about Bakke as a regular. Remember Blackie don't like him - didn't think he was worth a place on the pitch at Cardiff in front of loanees Douglas and Miller. We've lost in my opinion our only ball player in Miller. Stone is a year older and the only positive is that we've got an unproven winger. I'd say there's little difference between last year and this year. We're definitely weaker Mark. Still got the players to get promotion. Sadly not the manager. An exciting season you reckon. Well that all depends on the manager. I can't see it myself.
