Why don't you just concentrate on encouraging someone, don't matter who - pick anyone, instead of being obsessed by slagging off Kevin Blackwell? Its not healthy mate.
Or alternatively try and get your head around that some people have differing opinions to you. "Kevin Blackwell is a shit manager" is totally subjective, it depends on YOUR perception of what a 'good manager' is, it depends on YOUR perception of Blackwells performance, or YOUR opinion of where he comes from, or how high his voice is, or what his weight is etc etc etc. Based on that, winning promotion is not, for other people, a definitive indication of whether a manager is 'shit' or not. You telling me that every manager who has won something is 'good'? Or every manager who failed to win something was 'shit'? I'll ask you this question, not that you'll answer it; *IF* Blackwell picks the teams you think he should, the team plays the formation you think it should, and entertaining football you think it should, but for whatever reason does NOT win promotion...
