That will be interesting. I don't think he's dealt with the pressure of aiming to be successful (as we were at the end of the season) as well as he dealt with the pressure of not failing (like he was when he started). Too often as we entered the run in he's seemed more bothered about not losing than winning. I also thought he sounded a bit mental in the pre-match interview on Sky before the second leg of the semi. He has to learn from this. I still can't think of a viable replacement at the moment though. I doubt Curbishly would come up north, and Dowie's gone the Charlton (although he performed significantly worse than Blackwell last season).
