but you got to know that none of these decisions are common, so hard to make..
none would be accepted by the players.

Ref on the list, please!  Am I correct in thinking that a player can be
sent off for a dangerous challenge, even if he doesn't make contact?  On
the flip side, if a player makes a dangerous challenge without making
contact, but the "victim" dives - what happens then?  Can the "victim" be
disciplined?
