They are supposedly Not in Debt, but are losing lots of money each year i.e. approx £400k over the last couple of years.

They have money in the Bank but it won't last long at that rate

Not sure it’s quite 2 Mill John, but the dearth of cash is supposed to be
down to Caisley removing himself from any involvement with the Bulls. Not
that there’s supposed to be a lot of cash sloshing around at Wigan either,
although Nobby is reputedly on 400k a year.

Was forced out by new Chief Executive, who allegedly wanted to do a Geoffrey
Richmond and pick the team, then released all the stuff to the press about
the Wigan approach without even consulting with Noble. Straw, broken, back,
camels – rearrange in to an order of your choice!!

Doubt anyone will give Saints a tupping for a good while yet. They’re head
and shoulders above any other team in the league at the moment, but then
again so were the Rhinos this time last season!!

Surely Nobby's defection to the dark-side can have nothing to do with the
reported £2m debt at the Bulls? Not sure how much the pie-eaters have
offered him, but on the face of it a baffling decision. That said, the Bulls
got a lathering from Warrington yesterday so maybe Noble knows best??

Now if only someone could give those in-breds from St Helens a tupping, the
world would be a much better place.

John

However, much as there is to reminisce about the Revie
era I am more concerned at the decision of Noble to
cross the Pennines. Is there a story behind the move ?
It was reported down here that he had decided to leave
Northern prior to the approach by Wigan. What was the
story circulating Low Moor ?
