My understanding was that in the first hearing the £80/90k the judge said was the costs etc were against Harris individually, and then it would go up the line legally speaking. I think Mark is correct in that effectively it is the transfer fee that has not been paid. If Bratfud are that hard up, then I'm sure Leeds would take the Volcano as full and final payment :-)

You would have thought that actually they should be doing Harris directly,
not Bradford, unless they are saying he was their player and it was
therefore an illegal approach by Bradford.
