I might not have as much knowledge as you think, to be frank, I cannot list
all the places we need to change to include a new language.
And this is another step. We know what we need, but so far we never
moved into actually adding the new language to all places, or even
listing all places that have to be changed. Here

(once we receive all data) could be a start. Or any new language where
we have a volunteer available to provide the full locale data.
