The TD1232 was set up for 3 and 4 digits. To avoid conflicts when defining
extensions, I used flexible numbering to change the default 1xx and 2xx
extension numbers to 21xx and 22xx, then created a new 1xx plan that was
then empty. This allowed me to just renumber the 2xxx extensions to the
appropriate 1xx numbers without having to keep moving them around to avoid
duplicating numbers. Worked well for the 1232, but apparently it created
issues for the TVS.

I believe you can do a quick setup and you won't lose the custom
menus, you may have to redo mailboxes with that though.

Is the 1232 set on 4 digits?
