Under utility - Check the error log ELOG see if there are any system
problems.

Does #6 *xxx work while in a mailbox? If it does, then I agree with
Larry, the Custom Service Menus might be a problem.

Check all of the other auto attendant features too, call blocking, call
transfer, etc (I believe these would be mailbox associated though).

Subject: KX-T: TVS100 not responding after #6

I have a TVS100 that was working well while connected via APITS to a
KX-T123211D. Swapped the switch to a KX-TD1232-4, using TVS switch
position 2 to cause the TVS to re-integrate via DPITS (and not lose the
existing mailboxes, etc.).

Calls to extensions transfer fine to the TVS on IRNA. Internal users can
get to their own mailboxes OK. However, after accessing the TVS and using
the #6 escape sequence to access another mailbox, the sequence doesn't
work. The entry of #6 will initiate the "Please enter your party's
mailbox number" prompt, but no other digits (either *nnn or just nnn) do
anything. After entering an extension number, there's a pause and the
above prompt repeats. This occurs whether calling from an internal
extension or calling in via a CO (after the call transfers to the TVS).

- The numbering plan settings are correct, so it knows how many digits
extensions are.
- Entering ** will cause it to hang up.
- Navigation through custom menus works OK, including transfer to an
extension number.

Any ideas on what else to check?
