Are you asking, "is the stutter dial tone appearing when you pickup the  
handset in intercom mode?"  If this is true, then the answer in no, it  won't 
translate through.
 
If you are asking, "Does the stutter dial tone appear when accessing the  
correct CO for the voicemail feature?"  This should happen, and should not  be 
a 
function of the system.
 
You have to remember, the time the 123211D came out was before these  
features existed, so the technology didn't even exist.  Voicemail was just  
being 
developed.
