I have a customer with an old KX-T123211D KSU that just switched to VoIP with 
Cablevision [Optvoice]

The interrupted dial tone indicating a voice mail message is clear when 
connected to the back to the cable modem but is not passed to the system 
phones.  

Has anyone experienced this and found a correction or programming for this 
problem?
