I have a customer who ordered a T1 and wants me to connect 20 voice lines and he will use another channel for Data. How do I tell if there is dial tone and how do I make the connections because some channels are for voice and some are for data. Any tips on programming would be greatly appreciated also seeing as I have never done it before.
