I am a newbie with 3 CO lines with different services I need to use with my new KX-TD816. I've got the PBX up a running and need a little programming help. System Configuration: 1 - KX-TD816-7 2 - TVS90 VM System 7 - KX-T7453 Phones 3 C.O. Lines Line 1 - VOIP line - unlimited local/long distance. Requires area code for all calls (including local). Used for business incoming and outgoing. Line 2 - VOIP line - unlimited local/long distance. Requires area code for all calls (including local). Used for FAX machine in, or extra outgoing line out when other lines in use. Line 3 - SWB line - unlimited local calls ONLY. Requires area code for long distance only. Used for business incoming or local outgoing. No long distance. Programming needed: For outgoing local (non 512 area code) calls: - Detect local calls as calls with 7 digits only (or optionally beginning with '512' area code) - Use line 3 first, then line 1 (if line 3 in use), then line 2 (if line 1 in use) - Automatically add '512' prefix to numbers when dialing out on lines 1 or 2 (but not line 3) - Automatically strip '512' prefix from numbers dialed that get routed to line 3 For outgoing long distance calls: - Use line 1 first, then line 2 (if line 1 in use). Do not use line 3 for outgoing long distance (option: allow line 3 usage if access code is entered) Can anyone tell me how to program the PBX for this application?
