you might try dialing a 7 digit call with the area code on the sbc line, you 
should be in "passive" dialing, but 
at some point in time all local calls will be 10 digit.  will make your routing 
table easier to do.  and the 
routing table will take some work, and you will have to dial "9" for it to 
work.  mash a co button, and you've 
defeated all you tables ;-)
