Correct.

I'm not a dealer -- nor an installer. I'm simply an IT admin who is
responsible for both voice and data for a small company. I can figure most
stuff out on my own, and with the help from this list. Whatever I can't
figure out, or don't have the time for, that's when I rely on my dealer
for service (and I have a couple times...)

However, when it comes time to buy new stuff, I *always* go to my
dealer -- even if it's more money (and it usually is). I do this simply
because of the service, it's good to know that if I call and have a
question -- there is someone on the other end who will know who I am, know
what I have, and know what my needs are -- and ultimately help me out.

So, from an 'outsider' perspective, the dollar is the ruler, but not as
powerful when tied in with great service (which is what I have recieved
from my guys). It's always important to remember that you get what you pay
for IMO.

my .02,
jeff.
