There will ALWAYS be a way to buy what you want.....all it takes is cash...
Nice to think that Panasonic will take care of it's dealers, but in the real world do you think they will actually pull Graybar's franchise for selling to "non dealers"?
Graybar moves enough product to be able to do whatever they want.
I'm NOT singling out Graybar for a particular reason, they're just a good example.
The custom audio/alarm install guys have had to put up with the discounters for a long time....looks like now it's our turn.
In the end, it's the service that sells....let's face it..there are several good phone systems on the market. What makes a difference is what we do when we install and then later service them.
People who expect me to meet internet prices, can't afford me....
