We don't have callers ID. Is there anyone know how to setup minicom to
access our voicemail? I already checked the doc and it seems that the
com port was configured correctly but still its offline. I need your
help.

Thanks

What does your display show? If your conf button lights, the system
seems
like it is in the conf mode and the 2 other callers ID will show up.

Yes, I can hear them when I press a line button. I can also talk to them
and when I pressed the line button the conference button lights. We
didn't get rings and no one is there.

Aimee,

You should check this out immediately.
Make sure you still have access to the system administrator box (999)
and
the message manager box (998) and change the passwords right away (or
SET
the passwords if you didn't have any).

Then there are more steps to take.
Are you familiar with PC terminal access to the voicemail?

You need to check if there are any extra unauthorized mailboxes on the
system.
System reports will tell you all the mailboxes. Look at the whole list,
there can be boxes with almost any 3 digit number.
In the reports you can also look at mailbox usage, and you can look at
"account information" or whatever it's called. That will show if any
mailboxes have been dialing out on their own.

It is a good idea to turn on the text logging for the terminal program
that
you use to access the voicemail, that way you will have a record of what
you
find so you can print it out later if necessary.

Good luck,
Charles
