Yes but I'm not sharing it with anyone. Jeanette is in her 80's and
wants nothing more to do with selling plans. Giving out her contact
info would only cause her to unplug her phone.
The plans availability issue needs to be solved by some industrious
individual that wants to put in the time and effort.
Again, in my non-legal opinion, anyone with an "unused" set of plans
should be free to sell them to a new builder. The only signed agreement
was to build only one aircraft from each set of plans. Nothing to
indicate the plans ownership was "not transferable" was signed or agreed
to by the purchaser. I suspect today's legal agreement would be several
pages long given all the stickers on my step ladder.
