For those that have never been to www.krnet.org or those that have been awhile, you need to take several hours to check it out in it entirety. Enough info there to fill several volumes of printed pages. Mark Langford should receive a "Lifetime Achievement Award" for all his efforts to capture the history of the KR aircraft. I'm asking Mark to save to somewhere on the site the drawing drawn by Willie Wilson of England. It was always on his Christmas cards an e-mails.
Willie's passing a few years back was a major loss to the KR community. Willie was a farm boy from Scotland that grew up to fly 747's on international routes. His stories were legionary and only Willie could tell them the way they were meant to be told. I've saved the many e-mails I got from Willie and they are stories in themselves. I was honored to have Willie and Margaret as overnight house guest on one of their visits to the USA. Anyone that ever met Willie are better people for it. The KR community has enriched a lot of lives..................
