Minimum thickness material is 1/16". I don't know how "easy" that is,
but it sounds like John has it figured out already. There's often a
workaround for all of these special tools required for special jobs, but
for mass production (especially when Uncle Sam is buying), having the
correct tool is a real time saver. YouTube probably has some videos on
this....should give you a good idea what to expect and whether or not
you have room for that larger diameter gizmo in your sender flange.
