No.  I am aware of no plans for a mixer to make the ailerons into flaps on a 
KR, and I've never seen a KR configured in that manner.  Most guys build Belly 
Boards for drag now days,  Some of us built flaps.  And many have none.  I flew 
my KR without and drag producing devices for 500 hrs as my attitude was that I 
could always slip it to land.  But the more I cleaned up the drag, the more it 
tended to float, and the mroe difficult it was to get it down and stopped in a 
reasonable distance.  So I added large flaps to it.  I love having the flaps, 
and very rarely land without them, or take off without partial flaps.
