There are lot of factors that come to play here: Time in Type, total hours, if a Conventional Gear how many total hours tail wheel. Airport based, grass, hard surface. You can shop around but Falcon and probably AOPA act as brokers and they put you information out and accept bids from the carriers. FYI I only carry Liability (w/medical) as well. It started out at $750 10 years ago and I had @ 600 total hours total and 300 in Tail wheel and 25 In Type. It's now $350/yr. and I have just short of 1,000 hrs and 700 in tail wheel with 400+ In Type.
