What you are looking for is called rotary swaging. Aircraft Spruce sells the 
tool, a "Kearney Swager" for $6,397.00, and then you still need to load test 
the cable after making it. Aircraft Spruce will also make up "custom-made cable 
assemblies". An eye, fork or stud at one end and bare wire for you to add a 
loop w/thimble & Nico-press sleeve on the other end OR another eye, fork or 
stud OR a loop w/thimble & Nico-press sleeve. Cost will run from @$20.00 to 
$50.00, depending on the size & length of cable and the type of fitting(s).
