As the wings left the fuselage the BFR fired (not by the pilot). All of this happened in a fraction of a second. As the pilot did not initiate the firing I would call this accidental or unintential.

I have heard of BRS chutes deploying after structural failure, but one can hardly describe that as an accidental deployment.
