Robin: PVC weight should be readily available in catagogs or on the net but suggest that "High Density Polyethylene"(HDPE) might be a better material choice for being incotact with fuel. There exist "Spider" supports that are used for centering primary carrier pipes inside larger "Secondary Containment" pipe that wouldfunction nicely as baffles as they are designed to facilitate flow to low points in the containment pipes so that can be observed and coleected. I have used these and even had custom ones made for installation in hazardous piping systems in my duties as a facilities design engineer. You might have to secure them in place on a "Centering Rod at an a ppropiate spacing but they should make good baffles.
