Strutt I fly a KR-2 on a 1641cc type one VW with a force one type hub that I made. That's the first over sized slip in, no machine work required on the case and heads. The performance is about like a Cessna 150. If I were building a KR-1, I would use the KR-2 plans and not make the fuselage as wide as shown in those plans. A 1600cc engine would work out well for the KR-1. -Joe
