I have to admit that after a while you have to dispense with the idea that
it has to be perfect.  I suspect that all of us have had to weigh scrapping
the whole thing and starting over with a compromise to get it done.
Otherwise, we'd never finish.  I'll bet you'd be surprised to know what
others have gotten away with.  I didn't say that, of course.  William Wynne
has a theory that those who do things and don't know better will get by just
fine, but those who know better and do it anyway will have to pay the price.
I hope that's not true...
