RE: I used floating nut plates One word on floating nut plates. They seem to be much more destructive to the screw than do the fixed ones. I use the fixed ones with a little Boe Lube on the screw. If you put the fixed ones in correctly, with care, they are much easier to use as you don't have to hunt around for where the nut actually is. I know, that was more than one word.
