I've had 3 or 4 orders placed with each company since I started in on my A/C last fall and had one mix-up with each. Wicks sent me sombody elses' order (wrong address label on package) and it took three tries to get a rod end bearing with a grease fitting from AS&S (label P/N on the package said it was the greaseable version, but no zerk fitting). Both fixed the orders.
